We Typically hold tests on the 3rd weekend in March and the 3rd weekend in October. Our tests and more detailed information will be posted in our events calendar when the tests are published.
Test Entry Fees: Natural Ability=$175; Utility/UPT=$200
Please remember that in order for your Test Entry to be considered complete, both the test entry form and payment must be submitted. Payment must be via venmo (Venmo address – @carolinas-NAVHDA). Once entry form submission and payment have been verified by the test secretary and treasurer, you will receive confirmation from the test secretary.

Instructions for Test Entry Form
Go to the NAVHDA website and log in. Go to the member portal. On the left hand side will be a menu. Go to upcoming tests and select Carolinas Chapter. There is a button called register a dog. Click that box. It will take you to test entry form. You will see boxes to select owner handler and dog. You will see a use logged in member as owner. Select dog, click arrow for list of pups. If you are running the dog, the box will have a check mark designating you as the handler. Uncheck if someone else is running the dog. Type in handlers name. Check which test you want to run. Once the info is there the form will pop up and populate with the information in the appropriate boxes. You will need to check if hips X-rayed dog in heat, are you over 19 years old. You may need to fill in phone number, email or call name. All boxes will need to have something in it to be able to submit the form. You will get an error message if any info is missing. Fill in what is needed then hit the submit entry button. You will receive an email from NAVHDA Portal with a copy of the entry. I will also get a copy.
