HAPPY NEW YEAR CAROLINAS CHAPTER!

We will be holding  training day – Saturday January 13th, 2024.

Location – Sandhills Gamelands. Campground B. (Click the link above for directions)

Arrive: 8:00 am. We will distribute Birds and move to training areas.

Agenda – We will hold a short annual meeting to get feedback and discuss the way ahead for 2024. We will also go over the motions that will be  presented and voted on at the Navhda International annual meeting later on this month. Once we’ve completed the annual meeting and distributed birds we will break off into training groups and get to training.

BIRD ORDERS: We will be able to provide Pheasant, Quail, and Chukar for this training day. Please fill out the form below to register for training day and place your bird order. We suggest 3 to 5 birds for your field runs, and  1 or 2 pheasants for pheasant track. Please bring bird bags or crates for your birds as they will be distributed to you at the meeting site. The Duck search area will be available, but you will have to source your own ducks.

Registration and bird orders are closed as of Wednesday, January 10th at noon. You may still attend but birds are no longer available.

Reminders and what to bring:

Chapter will provide training equipment including zingers, decoys, boat,12ga shotguns – single shot – etc…  BUT for all training you must bring your own ammunition/poppers or training pistol/blanks. Due to the high cost and difficult sourcing, the Chapter cannot afford to supply ammo or poppers.
